The Mental Health Chaplaincy website has various resources that we use in our organization, including "The Gentle Bible" and other writings by Chaplain Craig Rennebohm regarding companionship and "ministry of presence." The website has also assembled links to various local and national organizations doing important work in mental health advocacy and spiritual support.
The Community Psychiatric Clinic website has a number of links to general mental health websites, disorder-specific websites and Seattle organizations/resources.

The Crisis Clinic provides "an array of support services available to everyone in King County. Our telephone services provide immediate, confidential assistance for people in emotional distress and in need of help." The website also contains very useful information regarding resources in King County, ranging from inpatient services to interpreter services.
NAMI is "the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons living with serious mental illness and their families." They are great resources for individuals who live with mental illness and their families.
NAMI—Greater Seattle is the local chapter of NAMI. They offer a number of programs throughout the city, including classes and support groups for both mentally ill individuals and their friends/family.
